We are building the D&E Subcontractor Team to support removals, clearances, cleaning and specialist work. If you are reliable, hardworking, and properly set up, you can apply to work with Team D&E on a subcontractor basis.

How it works

All work is carried out under Team D&E

Jobs are assigned or offered to subcontractors based on availability, location and suitability.

All pricing is set by D&E.

Subcontractors are paid a fixed rate per job or day rate depending on the work.

Subcontractors must invoice monthly for completed work.

This is subcontractor work - not employment. You are responsible for your own tax, insurance and compliance.

Once a job is accepted, you are expected to complete it to the required standard, Reliability and quality of work determine how often you are offered future jobs.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for reliable subcontractors who can work to a high standard and represent Team D&E properly on jobs.

1. Labourers 

Reliable labourers for removals and clearances. You must be physically capable, able to work efficiently, and willing to get stuck in. You may be required to travel to jobs or meet on site depending on the job.

2. Cleaners

Cleaners for domestic cleaning, end of tenancy cleans, deep cleans and specialist cleans. You must have experience and be able to work to a high standard, including detailed cleaning tasks. You must have a valid driving licence and own transport.

3. Licensed Waste Carriers.

Subcontractors with a valid waste carrier license for clearance and waste removal, You must be fully compliant and able to handle waste responsibly and legally including waste transfer notes.
